The Integrity Recovery Program is about recovering wholeness. This implies a multi-layered process, as we humans are a conglomerate of aspects, including mental, emotional, physical/material, and spiritual. Healing, then, takes place on multiple levels. We have found that group work broadens the reach in self-discovery as it develops a balance between trust and vulnerability, from which place real growth and change occurs.
